Through a series of confidential conversations you will find solutions, gain insight into your needs and true goals, and even change your attitude and behavior.
The coaching journey can help raise self-awareness and identify choices you might not have seen. The process is client driven, goal oriented, and solution focused. It can also be enlightening and fun!
The ICF (International Coach Federation) defines coaching as… “Partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.”
We begin by conducting an initial "Introduction/Chemistry" session to discuss the coaching journey, terms of confidentiality and engagement, responsibilities and establish goals. We want to ensure it's a good fit for both client and coach.
You will receive an intake form prior to the first session. It will contain items such as:
* The Coaching Agreement
* General Guidelines for Coach and Client
* Pre-meeting exercises detailing goals, potential roadblocks, reflection questions, and a short bio. All of these things help define your expectations and goals for our journey.
Then the real work begins. Sessions are held on a weekly/bi-weekly basis via video conference. A typical engagement will last between three-six months. An agreement can be extended by mutual consent.
At the end of our engagement there is a final coaching session to discuss progress, get feedback on the coaching experience, and conclude the Coaching Agreement.
